Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to Members, volunteers, and staff.
• Cross-sell Redwood Credit Union products and services.
• Open accounts and process loan applications with proper documents.
• Perform teller transactions and balance cash accurately.
• Answer member questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Protect member information and follow procedures.
