You will manage a portfolio, open accounts, and handle day-to-day branch operations with accuracy and care.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while leveraging multiple computer systems to serve members effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Minimum one year of experience in a financial institution or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct members as they enter the branch.
• Uncover members’ financial goals through consultative conversations.
• Advise on GECU products and services to help achieve financial goals.
• Manage a book of business to meet sales and service goals.
• Open/close depository accounts using required systems and procedures.
• Perform account maintenance and updates as needed.
• Investigate and resolve member account issues with the team.
