Job summary

General Electric Credit Union is seeking a Virtual Relationship Banker to engage members via consultative conversations, advise on financial products, and manage loan and deposit opportunities. The role focuses on delivering service excellence through virtual channels and supporting members in achieving financial goals.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of customer service experience, with a year in a financial institution preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of customer service or call center experience.
• Minimum one year in a financial institution or related industry.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services.
• Experience in consultative conversations.
• Ability to analyze financial data including credit reports.

Responsibilities

• Uncover members’ financial goals through consultative conversations.
• Advise members on GECU products and services to meet goals.
• Manage a book of business to meet sales and service goals via virtual conversations.
• Assist with inbound calls on consumer loan accounts and depository accounts.
• Facilitate loan applications, including interviews, credit reports, and documentation.
