Edge Fitness, LLC is seeking a dynamic Membership Advisor to greet and assist members, promote memberships, and drive positive member experiences at our Stratford, CT club. You will engage with guests, answer questions, and collaborate with team members to meet monthly sales targets while fostering a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.

This role offers a competitive pay structure with annual earnings potential up to $55,000 including hourly pay and commission, plus clear opportunities for career

Responsibilities

• Welcome and nurture the member experience with friendliness at the core of every member interaction.
• Greet our members in a friendly, engaging and energetic way from the start to finish of your shift.
• Serve our members quickly and professionally to create positive, trustworthy relationships focused on “Changing Lives”.
• Help our members with membership questions and concerns with compassion and commitment to promote a “Raving Fan” member experience!
• Team up with our Facilities Department to keep our club looking and operating “Grand Opening Ready”.
