You will open accounts, process loans, and tailor financial solutions to members’ needs, balancing relationship-building with consultative sales.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a financial institution or sales-focused environment.
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and digital tools.
• Genuine passion for helping others achieve financial success.

Responsibilities

• Engage members as the first point of contact and uncover needs through conversation.
• Open new memberships, checking, savings, and specialty accounts in line with policies.
• Conduct consumer loan interviews, process applications, and recommend products.
• Cross-sell and refer products to enhance members’ financial well-being.
• Educate members on digital banking and self-service tools.
• Maintain branch vault, ensure security and compliance.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash management.
• Collaborate with team to meet and exceed branch sales and service goals.
