Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking team members to support Membership benefits, promote value, and process memberships and related accounts at our Medford, NY location. You will assist customers, locate products, and ensure accurate orders while maintaining safety standards and a strong service focus.

The role emphasizes member service, purchasing assistance, and collaboration with coworkers to meet membership goals and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Locates merchandise, resolves issues, and promotes the Company's products and services.
• Follows safety procedures and company policies in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on benefits and promoting value of Company products and services.
• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts and participates in sales/marketing events.
• Completes orders, scans items, wraps and paletizes, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Maintains safety by following safety standards and reporting unsafe situations to management.
