Job summary

Bears Fit in Vernon Hills seeks an Operations Manager to ensure a best-in-class guest and member experience across the club. You will uphold company standards, lead by example, and manage a team of Member Services, Recovery Lounge, and Fuel Zone staff to meet service and revenue goals.

You will hire, train, and develop staff while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and employees. The role is full-time and requires flexibility to cover varied schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in a service-driven environment.
• Ability to hire, train and develop a strong team across multiple service areas.
• Proven track record of upholding standards and driving member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Service management to deliver high member experience.
• Greet members, respond to emails, and resolve shift report requests.
• Resolve member concerns professionally within club parameters.
• Monitor facilities and equipment, escalating issues as needed.
• Direct third party janitorial services and drive revenue goals in Fuel Zone and Recovery Lounge.
• Ensure HR training completion and adherence to procedures; manage POS and cash handling.
