Job summary

North Dakota Farmers Union is seeking an Operations Coordinator to act as the welcoming front door and main point of contact for members, cooperatives, visitors, and staff. You will manage reception, calls, mail, and daily office needs with professionalism and responsiveness.

You will also provide administrative and technical support to cooperatives across North Dakota, coordinate materials and meeting materials, process dues and member transactions, and help ensure programs and events run

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or high school diploma with 3-5 years of office experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for NDFU by answering and directing telephone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, receiving and distributing mail and deliveries, and responding to general inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members, cooperative leaders, visitors, vendors, staff, and other stakeholders by responding promptly and connecting individuals with the appropriate NDFU team or resource.
• Provide administrative and technical support to cooperative associations across North Dakota, including preparing and assembling agendas and meeting materials, coordinating mailings, and completing other requested support.
• Receive, process, and accurately record cooperative check-offs and other member-related transactions, ensuring information is handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for NDFU programs, events, meetings, and projects, including registration, preparation of materials, communications, and other operational needs.
