Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Los Angeles is seeking a friendly Member Experience Associate to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You will listen to goals, tailor recommendations, and create a warm, motivating start to each member's experience.

This role combines service with sales, cultivating trust and informing members about classes, training options, and club resources. CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 60 days, and a year of retail or fitness

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting them with resources.
• Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming, informative, and inclusive sales and service experience to all guests and members.
• Assist with onboarding new members and help them connect with fitness offerings.
