Job summary

Sam's Club in Sanford, FL is seeking a team member to develop and support Membership, promote the value of products and services, process upgrades and credit accounts, and participate in events to meet Membership goals. You will deliver member service by identifying needs, guiding purchases, locating items, and resolving concerns.

The role includes handling orders, assisting with PTO/benefits, and upholding Walmart’s standards of integrity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Processes Memberships upgrades and credit accounts as part of daily tasks.
• Participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
