Job summary

Sam's Club in Panama City, FL is seeking a team member to support Membership by sharing information on benefits and promoting value of products and services. You will help process Memberships upgrades and credit accounts and participate in sales events.

You will deliver Member service by acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and upholding Walmart's standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts; participates in sales and marketing events and meets Membership goals.
• Delivers Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics by applying related action plans and following the Open Door Policy; respects diversity and fosters belonging.
• Fulfills order fulfillment tasks: pulling, scanning, wrapping, palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Maintains safety by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including forklift spotting and handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
