Job summary

TITLE Boxing Club in Edina is seeking a Sales Associate to be the heartbeat of the club. You’ll staff the front desk, welcome members, and drive growth through memberships and retail, delivering an energetic and memorable experience.

You'll use a consultative approach, handle outreach, tours, and lead management, and help create a fun, motivating environment. Availability for evenings and weekends and a passion for fitness are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communicator who loves connecting with people.
• Comfortable selling memberships and retail with confidence and authenticity.
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fitness or helping others feel their best is preferred.
• Team player who brings positivity and energy to every shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming front-desk experience for members and guests.
• Sell memberships, class packages, private training, and retail.
• Complete daily phone and SMS outreach.
• Ask for referrals and grow club membership.
• Hype classes and create a fun, motivating environment.
• Give tours and tailor conversations to goals.
• Process membership agreements and manage leads.
• Maintain clean, safe club and equipment.
• Support coaches to ensure smooth class flow.
