Job summary

Anytime Fitness Framingham seeks a Member Experience Manager to own the member journey, from onboarding to ongoing engagement, using body scans and movement assessments to map each member's path.

You will lead our training staff, manage schedules, and uphold a Culture of Care, leveraging AF systems and tech to grow membership and retention in Framingham.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current PT certification (NASM, ACE, or equivalent).
• Outgoing, fast-paced MetroWest environment adaptability.
• Proficient with fitness tech and gym management software.
