You will process loan requests, new accounts, and service transactions while delivering exceptional member service in a fast-paced branch.

Responsibilities

• Assist members, non-members, and potential members via face to face, email, and phone interactions.
• Process account transactions within procedures, policies and guidelines.
• Process service requests for consumer products.
• Process member loan requests for consumer and home equity products.
• Meet or exceed established goals.
• Support the branch in fostering a positive work environment.
• Contribute to daily branch operational tasks assigned by Branch Management.
