Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or loan department in a financial institution.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and cross-sell services.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
• Open and service deposit accounts, consumer loans, IRAs, and mortgages when needed.
• Balance cash drawer, vault, and ATM; participate in BSA compliance duties.
