Job summary

Navigant Credit Union in Rhode Island is seeking a Member Relationship Advisor I to assist members with everyday financial needs on-site. You will greet members, process transactions, open accounts, and explain products and services tailored to goals.

You will support loan applications, assist with loan status, and collaborate with colleagues to strengthen member relationships, while upholding compliance and a community focus.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver excellent member service in person and remotely.
• Familiar with financial products and banking terminology.
• Willing to travel within the credit union footprint as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to members in-person, over the phone, and online; process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and address changes.
• Cross-sell products by helping members open accounts and recommending suitable banking services.
• Assist with loan processing, document collection, loan status updates, and loan term explanations.
