Job summary

Navigant Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Advisor to deliver high-quality service to our members in Rhode Island. You will handle transactions, explain products, and help members reach their financial goals while upholding our commitment to outstanding experiences.

In this role you will build relationships, promote products, collaborate with branch teams, and support additional duties as assigned. A high school diploma and 2+ years in member service or call center are preferred, along

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in member service, operations, or call center.
• Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships to understand members' financial picture and goals.
• Process transactions via phone, mail, email, fax, and online services related to loan payments, account transfers, address changes, and debit card issues. Resolve member inquiries and discrepancies with care and accuracy.
• Promote Credit Union products and services that meet members' needs. Refer individuals to wealth management as appropriate.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service and contribute to a positive team environment. Collaborate with branch team and business partners to acquire and deepen member relationships.
• Assist with other member services and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
