Qualifications

• Three to five years of branch and/or financial institution experience.
• High school education or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills; PC proficient.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day branch operations under the Branch Manager.
• Sell and process loans, open/close accounts, cross-sell services.
• Supervise MSR and Teller staff; ensure The Apple Way service.
• Assist members with loans, credit decisions, and underwriting rules.
• Ensure branch balances and regulatory compliance.
