Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years' experience in lending or branch operations.
• Excellent positive member/customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in teller loan documents, lending regulations and credit union policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with branch visits.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers; balance cash.
• Input loan applications and data into systems; support underwriting review.
• Cross-sell credit union products based on needs assessment.
• Provide information on loans and services and maintain accurate records.
