Soho House & Co seeks a passionate, service-driven Member Engagement Manager for Los Angeles. Based in our Los Angeles Support Office, you will build meaningful, long-term relationships with our most engaged, high-spending members, while driving commercial impact and increasing lifetime value.

You will lead a personalised engagement programme, shape strategy, and partner with global teams to deliver events, benefits, and exclusive offers. A proactive, independent mindset and KPIs are essential.

Qualifications

• High-touch relationship or account management for high-value clients (2+ years).
• Experience driving loyalty, retention, engagement and revenue.
• Marketing and strategic outreach experience.
• Reporting and customer trend tracking.
• Experience in global / multi-property environments with a broad client base.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a bespoke concierge-style engagement programme for high-spending members.
• Own a commercial strategy to increase engagement, retention, spend.
• Coordinate with House, Membership, Events, Programming, and Data teams to showcase events and offers.
• Define KPIs and track performance using data and member behavior.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent service and outcomes.
• Provide regular reports on member feedback and key metrics.
