Job summary

O2 Fitness in Burlington, NC is seeking a Front Desk and Kids Club Supervisor to lead a welcoming team and deliver exceptional experiences for our members. You will supervise frontline staff, coordinate schedules, and coach team members to uphold the club’s standards and mission.

Responsibilities include training, handling member concerns, managing paperwork, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a first-rate fitness experience at O2 Fitness.

Qualifications

• Experience in a health club or hospitality setting preferred.
• College attendance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a memorable experience for current members and assist prospective members in choosing a healthier lifestyle at O2 Fitness.
• Lead, evaluate, and coach the Front Desk and Kids Club team members.
• Facilitate department meetings and trainings for Front Desk and Kids Club teams to enhance club performance.
• Handle member situations, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Complete and scan membership paperwork and sales reports in line with O2 Fitness guidelines.
• Act as liaison between Front Desk and other departments.
• Create and manage Front Desk and Kids Club schedules within budgeted hours.
• Maintain inventory and drive merchandise sales.
• Other duties as assigned to support O2 Fitness vision and mission.
