Job summary

O2 Fitness is hiring a Child Care / Kids Club Team Member to create a safe, fun environment for children 6 weeks to 12 years old within our club facilities. You will greet members, manage sign‑in/out procedures, and organize age‑appropriate activities to ensure a positive experience for families.

The role supports our mission of a welcoming, all‑inclusive wellness experience with a professional staff and clean, well‑maintained spaces. CPR/First Aid preferred and childcare experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification and First Aid are preferred.
• Childcare experience is preferred.
• Commitment to a friendly, safe environment for kids ages 6 weeks to 12 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in a friendly, professional manner at the Kids Club area.
• Ensure forms are completed by parent/guardian and monitor sign-in/sign-out within 2-hour limit.
• Maintain a clean, safe, engaging Kids Club space with age-appropriate activities.
• Supervise toys and supplies and report needs or repairs to management.
• Promote O2 services when interacting with members.

The Child Care / Kids Club Team Member is responsible for our organizations consistent achievement of the O2 Fitness mission and core values. A Child Care / Kids Club Team Member ensures the success of our company, the success of their department, and the success of themselves by creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for the children of O2 Fitness members and guests ranging in age from 6 weeks to 12 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in a friendly and professional manner upon entering the Kids Club area
• Ascertain that all appropriate forms are completed by parent/guardian
• Monitor the parents to ensure they sign in and out for their children without exceeding the 2-hour Kids Club time limit
• Follow proper guest procedures when non-members visit the club
• Monitor for the safety and well-being of each child
• Organize activities appropriate for the various ages to create a fun, engaging, and safe environment.
• Supervise the use of toys and supplies and notify management of supply needs and repairs
• Maintains a clean, orderly area, picking up as needed, and sanitizing toys as instructed.
• Maintain neat appearance and wear proper uniform attire while on duty
• Promote O2 services
• Other duties as assigned to support the vision and mission at O2 Fitness

Experience

• Current CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications preferred
• Childcare experience is preferred
