Crossover Health is hiring a Host to provide an exceptional member service experience at our health center in Menlo Park, CA. You will assist with check-in, understand copays and benefits, and help ensure a smooth clinic visit for each member.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 1 year in a customer service position. Strong computer skills (Mac/iPad/iPhone) and teamwork are valued in this patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in customer service position.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes each member and handles all member interactions with hospitality and professionalism.
• Delivers uncompromised service and strong outcomes.
• Resolves member questions and accommodates special requests whenever possible.
• Assists with projects and provider or patient requests.
• Supports the member check-in process and understands benefit eligibility files and clinic workflows.
• Processes transactions required to begin or complete the visit.
• Provides in-depth knowledge of employer-sponsored health insurance to support members.
• Engages with members by answering calls, scheduling appointments, and following up on needs.
• Collaborates with providers and staff to deliver a seamless patient-centered care experience.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
