Job summary

Atria Institute is seeking a Hospitality Greeter/Host in Beverly Hills, CA, for 100% on-site work. You will greet members warmly, manage arrival processes, and support gifting and hospitality activities to create memorable experiences.

You will collaborate with the General Manager of Hospitality, coordinate with care teams, and help curate moments of delight for members while maintaining accurate records in the system.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality settings.
• Innate hospitality and kindness.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse members.
• Keen attention to detail and personalized service.
• Experience with Athena or similar healthcare management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by name with warmth at arrival in the lobby.
• Handle necessary printed materials for appointments.
• Collaborate with Hospitality leadership to address member needs.
• Check in members on arrival using Athena.
