Job summary

Atria Institute in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a Hospitality Greeter/Host to warmly welcome members, manage guest flow, and assist with gifting and special events. This on-site role emphasizes personable service, organization, and teamwork within a fast-paced startup-style environment.

You will greet members by name, handle materials for appointments, and coordinate with the care team to ensure a seamless, high-end experience from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a healthcare or a high-end service setting.
• Innate hospitality and kindness
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse individuals
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to provide personalized service
• Proficiency in using Athena or similar healthcare management software is preferred
• Willingness to adhere to the uniform guidelines; uniforms will be provided for the role

Responsibilities

• Greet each member by name with recognition and warmth upon their arrival to the lobby of Atria Institute, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere where members feel valued and comfortable.
• Handle necessary printed materials for member appointments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with the General Manager of Hospitality and Atria care team to address member needs and preferences, providing regular updates on member interactions and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and consistent records of member appointments by checking in each member promptly on arrival using Athena, our healthcare management system.
• Assist the Member Experience Team in curating and coordinating Atria's Gifting Program, and creating memorable moments for members based on their preferences and special occasions.
• Support with moments of delight for Atria's Members based on preferences and celebratory moments.
• Support Concierge Greeter with receiving incoming and outgoing packages.
• Maintain the member library to ensure books on display are ordered, tidy, organized and available to Atria Members.
• Support Hospitality Services team with food and beverage service as needed.
• Reports directly to the General Manager of Hospitality
