Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each interaction creates a positive member experience while providing relevant solutions to improve financial well-being.
• Verify cash transactions using the three-count rule; balance drawers per Horizon standards; maintain accuracy in postings.
• Process loan payments, manage basic accounts (CDs, money markets, share accounts) and IRA/HSA transactions with proper documentation.
• Educate members on products and services; perform outbound calls to identify needs and promote offerings.
• Leverage digital tools to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences with accurate financial calculations.
