The successful candidate will assist members with financial lending needs, process mortgage loan applications, and cross-sell credit union products. A Business Degree or equivalent experience is required, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Job description

We are looking for some a Real Estate Manager for our Branch location in Great Falls, Montana.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting members with their account financial lending needs.
• Providing account information.
• Processing various financial transactions, Mortgage loan applications, interviews, decision-making, and disbursals.
• Assisting members with credit counseling and budgeting.
• Lien filing and releases.
• Ordering appraisals and title documents.
• Cross-selling debt protection and GAP insurance.
• Matching our members’ needs with the appropriate credit union products/services.

Requirements:

• Business Degree or 2 years of financial lending experience.
• Knowledgeable in lending practices and regulations, specifically Mortgage lending.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to effectively cross-sell credit union services and products.
• Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Proven team player.
• Proficient knowledge of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
