Verve Credit Union seeks a Chief Experience Officer to lead retail banking and member experience across all channels. You will drive growth, loyalty, and financial wellness while aligning branch, digital, and lending initiatives.

The role partners with the CEO and executive team to cultivate a culture of accountability and servant leadership, focusing on exceptional member experiences and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 10 years of progressive leadership in retail banking or credit union operations.
• 8 years of leadership experience leading leaders and multi-site teams.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute Verve's retail banking and member experience strategy across all channels.
• Drive member growth, retention, loyalty, advocacy, product penetration, and consumer lending performance.
• Provide strategic oversight of branch operations, digital channels, lending, and financial wellness.
• Lead retail sales and service training strategies with organizational capability in mind.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on growth, performance and member journey initiatives.
