Sam's Club in Tupelo, MS is seeking a Membership Services Associate to promote Walmart products and services, process memberships and upgrades, and support revenue goals. You will interact with Members, provide information on benefits, and help with credit accounts while upholding safety standards.

This role also involves pulling and packing items for orders, handling safety procedures, and participating in events to meet membership targets.

Qualifications

• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs and resolving issues.
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, promoting value.
• Follow safety standards including forklift spotting and hazardous materials handling.

Responsabilités

• Promote Membership benefits and assist with purchasing decisions.
• Locate merchandise, resolve issues, and complete membership-related tasks.
• Process orders (Fax n Pull, Click n Pull) and ensure accurate invoices and packing.
• Uphold safety procedures and participate in events to meet membership goals.
