• Provides member services by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Walmart and Sam's Club products and services.
• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participates in sales and marketing events, and helps meet membership goals.
• Fulfills order accuracy by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, and securing items for Members.
• Adheres to safety standards and procedures, reports unsafe conditions, and maintains clean, safe work areas.
