Qualifications

• Preferred: leading a front-end team, supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area and provide direction on service approaches.
• Assist with recruiting, scheduling, promoting, coaching and evaluating associates.
• Provide member service and assist with purchases, self-checkout, and pickup orders.
• Maintain merchandise, handle claims/returns, organize area and ensure cleanliness.
