Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Front End Associate to assist members, process purchases, and promote club services. You will guide customers using self-service technology, handle payments and exchanges, and keep checkout areas organized and secure.

Responsibilities include maintaining store safety, assisting with training, and supporting a positive shopping environment. Prior retail front-end experience and comfort with mobile apps are preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register) and mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues and concerns.
• Maintains the checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and guides members with self-service technology.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies.
• Maintains safety by following company procedures and conducting safety checks.
• Maintains entrance/exit areas, verifies memberships, aids purchasing decisions, and locates merchandise.
• Addresses shrink and damages, handles safeguarding of assets, and documents activities.
• Delivers training and supports rollout of new programs for Member Frontline Services.
