Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve inquiries at the checkout area
• Process member purchases, returns, and exchanges according to policies
• Assist members with using self-service technology and locating merchandise
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness in the store areas
• Acknowledge members, verify membership, and assist with purchasing decisions
• Assist with training of Frontline Services associates on processes and new technologies
