Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues at the checkout.
• Maintains checkout and entrance/exit areas and ensures a safe shopping environment.
• Processes member purchases, assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and guides members on self-service technology.
• Assists with training of Frontline Services associates on processes and tools.
• Observes safety procedures, reports unsafe situations, and participates in safety and security duties.
• Zones areas, locates merchandise, aids with transporting items, and handles paperwork and documentation.
• Supports adherence to company policies, ethics, and integrity standards.
