Job summary

Planet Fitness in Tennessee is seeking Front Desk Associates to deliver first-rate service, greet members, answer questions, handle payments, and promote member benefits. The role requires a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to balance multiple tasks while keeping the club clean.

Open to flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Minimum 18 years old, HS diploma, 6 months of in-person retail experience or 1 year in fitness preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment required or 1-year Fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Respond promptly to member needs and acknowledge all members.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service with complete and accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain the club's cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Deliver prompt, accurate service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Accept payments from customers, give change and receipts.
• Promote products and promotions to drive revenue.
• Answer questions about business procedures and policies clearly.
