Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is hiring a friendly, proactive Sales & Service Associate to welcome members, understand their fitness goals, and guide them through personalized options. You will be the first face guests see, helping them feel valued and supported while maintaining a clean and safe gym environment.

The role emphasizes building trust-based relationships, delivering exceptional service, and assisting with onboarding new members into our fitness programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Availability full-time with flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• TrustLine registration for California locations with Kids' Club may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming and informative sales and service experience to all guests and members.
• Assist with onboarding new members and connecting them to fitness offerings.
• Support Kids' Club responsibilities when assigned in California locations.
