24 Hour Fitness in Hayward, CA is seeking a member experience ambassador focused on welcoming new members and guiding their fitness journey. You will build genuine relationships, listen to goals, and suggest personalized options to support success.

You’ll help maintain a clean, safe gym and deliver a warm, informative experience at every visit. With 1 year in retail or fitness sales, CPR/AED within 60 days, and flexible availability, you’ll participate in a commission plan and enjoy benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Demonstrate authenticity, sincerity, and a service mindset.
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members and address questions or concerns.
• Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members.
• Provide a welcoming, informative sales and service experience to guests and members.
• Support onboarding to connect members with fitness offerings and resources.
