Job summary

24 Hour Fitness Mililani, HI is looking for a Staff member to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You will build genuine relationships by listening to goals and offering personalized solutions to support overall fitness success.

Key responsibilities include greeting guests, addressing questions, maintaining a clean and safe gym, and delivering a strong sales and service experience to inspire members to pursue their fitness goals within our community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting members to resources.
• Help keep our gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Delivering an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience.
• Supporting an onboarding experience that helps members connect to our fitness offerings and feel a sense of belonging.
