Job summary

24 Hour Fitness welcomes new members at Kapolei location, guiding them through the start of their fitness journey with a warm, trust-based approach. You’ll listen to goals, assess needs, and offer personalized solutions to support overall fitness success.

As part of our team, you’ll provide a friendly onboarding experience, contribute to a positive member experience, and help guests feel connected to our fitness offerings and community.

Qualifications

• Authenticity, sincerity, and open-mindedness.
• Self-motivated and passionate about helping others.
• Strive to excel and consistently meet or exceed goals with a positive attitude.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members and resolve questions or concerns.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming sales and service experience and guide members to the right next steps.
