24 Hour Fitness in Plano, TX is hiring a full-time Member Experience Associate focused on welcoming new members and guiding them through the start of their fitness journey. You will listen to goals, assess needs, and connect members with the right classes and services to set them up for success.

You will build authentic relationships, keep the gym clean and safe, and deliver a friendly, informative, and inclusive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Strong service mentality with a focus on member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests, answering questions and guiding them to resources.
• Maintain a clean, safe gym environment for members and guests.
• Deliver a high-quality sales and service experience to members and guests.
• Support onboarding for new members to connect them with fitness offerings.
