Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, connect members to resources.
• Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience with a welcoming, informative, and inclusive visit, guiding members toward fitness goals.
• Support onboarding so new members connect to fitness offerings and feel welcomed as the first face they see.
