Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Strong service mentality and ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming sales and service experience to all guests and members.
