Job summary

The Salvation Army Greenville Kroc Center in Greenville, SC is hiring a part-time Kroc Associate to support member acquisition and experience in Membership, Recreation and Fitness. You will help create a welcoming, safe environment and supervise daily use of the fitness center.

Responsibilities include greeting members, offering tours, maintaining cleanliness, enforcing center rules, and assisting with event setup and classes. CPR/First Aid may be required within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED completed.
• Experience in customer relations and leading fitness/recreational activities preferred.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all people at the Kroc Center.
• Offer tours and connect members to programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment throughout the building.
• Enforce safety and family-friendly policies.
• Assist with phones, information, and program details.
• Assist in emergency situations and basic event setup.
• Perform equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
