Job summary

The Salvation Army Greenville Kroc Center in Greenville, SC is seeking a part-time Associate to enhance member experience in Membership, Recreation and Fitness. You will help greet guests, lead tours, maintain a clean facility, and support program information delivery while ensuring safety and a welcoming environment for families.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the gym, assisting with events, and coordinating basic set up for classes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED required.
• Experience in customer relations and leading fitness/recreational activities preferred.
• Certifications Safe From Harm, Blood Borne Pathogens, CPR/First Aid/AED within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors warmly and connect them with programs or services.
• Offer tours to connect needs with Kroc Center offerings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the building.
• Answer phone calls professionally and provide information.
• Assist in emergencies and follow safety procedures.
• Explain Kroc member offerings, orientations, and facility rules.
• Sanitize equipment and perform daily equipment cleaning and maintenance.
