MSU Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Services Specialist at the West Side Branch in Lansing, MI. The role focuses on delivering personalized service, analyzing each member's financial position, and recommending tailored solutions to improve financial wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Availability to work during branch hours, including Saturdays.

• Knowledge of credit union programs, processes and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to identify needs and analyze their financial position.
• Recommend tailored products and services to support long-term wellbeing.
• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Cross-sell with integrity and refer to business partners as appropriate.
• Review transactions for red flags and escalate to Fraud Department when needed.
• Demonstrate systems knowledge and assist other locations as required.
• Participate in training to build future growth within the organization.
