BECU is hiring a Member Consultant II to deliver high-quality member experience across financial products and services. You will diagnose member needs, guide them to appropriate solutions, and support them through outbound/inbound processes.

The role includes cross-branch rotation with a strong emphasis on community financial wellness. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in sales/financial retail, and willingness to travel between branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• Desired: Spanish language fluency.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member experience and sales consultations across financial products and services.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through outbound/inbound call center.
• Assist the community with financial wellness and budgeting resources.
