Qualifications

• Minimum six months customer service and/or cash handling experience.
• One year related financial institution, customer service, and cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each interaction creates a positive member experience with relevant solutions.
• Verify cash transactions and balance drawers per Horizon balancing standards.
• Process loan payments and basic accounts, including IRAs and HSAs, with accurate postings.
