Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Six months of customer service and/or cash handling experience is required.
• One year of related financial institution experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each interaction creates a positive member experience with solutions that support members' financial well-being.
• Verify cash transactions using the three-count rule and balance drawers per Horizon's standards.
• Process loan payments, maintain basic accounts (CDs, money markets, share accounts) and complete IRA/HSA transactions with accurate postings.
