Arcis Golf is seeking a Member Relations Coordinator for Valencia Country Club in Valencia, CA, to market and grow the club’s membership experience through direct member contact and ongoing relationship building. The role focuses on onboarding new members, coordinating lifestyle programming, events, and member communications, and supporting retention strategies in a full-time on-site capacity.

Evening and weekend work are required as part of the club’s activity calendar, with a strong emphasis

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains positive member relationships and onboarding new members.
• Facilitates lifestyle programming and social offerings with department heads.
• Coordinates events, function sheets, and promotional materials for Member events.
• Supports development of programming to increase member activity and satisfaction.
• Implements a member communication plan including newsletters, calendars, and social media.
