You will oversee frontline Welcome Center teams, drive recruitment, retention, and community outreach, and use data to enhance service quality in a values-driven nonprofit setting.

Responsibilities

• Member Engagement & Experience: Create a welcoming, inclusive environment and develop strategies to increase engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Frontline Team Leadership: Lead Welcome Center team, provide coaching, scheduling, and professional development.
• Membership Growth & Community Outreach: Drive recruitment through outreach, local marketing, and partnerships to expand YMCA impact.
• Data Management & Performance Tracking: Maintain records, monitor trends, generate reports, and use insights for strategy.
